Kakarakaya Karam is prepared with bitter gourd and other spices. Perfect mix of Sweet, sour, spicy and bitter taste makes it ideal for sprinkling or to serve as a side dish. It goes well with steamed rice and ghee, idli and dosa. Little bites of fried kakarakay is the speciality of our kakarakay podi.
